People who do little physical work require only 1500 to 2000 calories per day. Yet, these individuals often consume a hefty 3000 to 4000 calories. Therefore, excess calories lead to fat accumulation in the body.

Obesity results from the accumulation of fat in the body, so avoid fatty (greasy) and carbohydrate (sweet) foods. Obesity can lead to high blood pressure, joint pain, and pain while walking.

Excessive consumption of fat-producing foods, such as meat, ghee, rice, potatoes, processed foods, sweets, granulated sugar, bananas, grapes, etc., contribute to obesity.   Use of Fruits and vegetables in reducing obesity. 


Fruits and vegetables are low in calories. So eat more of them. Bananas and Sapota increase obesity, so avoid them. Do not add salt to fruits and vegetables for taste. Eat salt as little as possible, and avoid sugar and oily foods like ghee, butter, and sweet potatoes.


Tea :-  Drinking tea with mint helps in reducing obesity.


Salt :-  To reduce obesity, one should eat food without salt.Weight is reduced.


Massage :-  If your belly is overweight, massage it and do sit-ups daily. Jumping rope also prevents your belly from growing.


Lemon :-  Mixing one lemon, rock salt as per taste in a cup of hot water and drinking it on an empty stomach in the morning for two months helps in reducing obesity. This remedy is more beneficial in summer season.

Gram :-  Mix soaked gram lentils with honey and eat it every morning.Obesity is reduced.


Tomatoes :- People who are overweight should limit their grain intake. Tomatoes are beneficial for them because they help remove harmful substances and food debris from the body. By eating raw tomatoes with onions daily, you can be sure that your weight will gradually decrease.


Curd :-  It is beneficial in reducing obesity.


Basil :- Drinking the juice of Basil leaves mixed with honey and a cup of water helps in reducing obesity.


Potatoes :- Potatoes do not increase obesity. Boiling potatoes and eating them with spicy, ghee, etc. increases obesity due to the fat entering the stomach. Therefore, it is beneficial to eat potatoes boiled or roasted in hot sand.


Juice :-  To lose weight, drink only vegetable juice once every seven days. Avoid bread, milk, or anything else on this day.


Long pepper :-  Grind four long peppers, mix them with half a teaspoon of honey and lick it daily. This helps reduce obesity.
