Treatment of Knee pain.
*To get rid of knee pain, eat more cucumber and a clove of garlic.
Potato :- If there is mucus swelling in the knees and any kind of disease in this joint, then grinding raw potato and applying it provides a lot of relief.
*Whether the knee pain is new or very old, eating moth dal laddus cures it completely. Take moth dal, sugar and cow or buffalo ghee in equal quantity. Roast the moth dal in hot soil, then grind them and sieve them, add flour and ghee to it and bake it. Then mix sugar syrup in it and make laddus. Eat two laddus once in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not eat oil, strong spices, sour things till you eat the laddus, the pain will be cured.
Back pain.
Treatment of Back pain.
Lemon :- Mix one spoon lemon juice, one spoon garlic juice and two spoons water and drink it. Drink one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening every day. Your back pain will be cured.
Fenu Green Greek :- Eating rotten fenugreek is beneficial in back pain.
Date :- Suhara is beneficial in back pain.
Potato :- Tie a paste of raw potato on the waist.
Wheat :- Mix 12 grams of wheat ash with the same amount of honey and lick it to get relief from waist and It provides relief from joint pain. Bake a wheat bread on one side and leave the other side raw. Apply sesame oil to the raw side and tie it to the painful area. This will relieve the pain.
Ginger :- Mix ghee with ginger juice and drink it to get relief from back pain.Get it.
Nutming :- Mix nutmeg with water and heat it in sesame oil. Once thoroughly heated, cool it and massage it onto your back for relief.
