  1.  Tha back is slim or straight how is tha body, thee are clean or white, appetite digestion power is good, ability to work hard without getting tired, ability to tolerate heat and cold and all parts of tha body are healthy, skin is soft, no dryness on tha lips, eyes are shining, eyes are sharp, tongue is clean and pink, stomach is not too biy, hair is soft, mouth testes good, no constipation feeling active after waking up in the morning, head is cool, nails are pink, all these are signs of good health. Good health is life.

Rinse your mouth with fresh water after waking up in Tha morning, Get up before sunrise, take a bath and pary to God in a relaxed mannar this will ensure a peaceful day sleeping until after sunrise is not good for your health.

To keep our body health and strong we need food with tha following qualities items from Tha food should be used daily. 

  1. Protein :- It provides physical strength, agility, enthusiasm, and power,it helps in overcoming physical weakness, it is found in large Guantities in pulses, grains, chickpeas, peas, milk, buttermilk, skimmed milk, and fruits. 
  2. Fat :- It generates heat and energy in tha body, it is found in milk, ghee, butter, oil, almonds, walnuts, chchew, nuts, peanuts ect. 
  3. Madiniyat :- Increases energy and strengthen bones, protects the body form disease, found in fresh greens vagetable, fruits, wheat rice, and milk. 
  4. Carbohydrates :- produce energy and heat in tha body, these are found in rice, wheat, corn, sorghum, millet sugarcane, dates, sweet, fruits, bananas  ect.
