Constipation
Constipation affects more people than any other disease. Constipation means that the bowel does not empty at the right time. It involves infrequent bowel movements, lumps in the bowel, not emptying the bowel on time, not passing stools daily, the stool produced after digestion is not completely clean, and the stomach feeling light, i.e., not feeling clean, etc.
How Does
Constipation Occur?
The stool that is formed after eating at odd times repeatedly is not expelled completely in one go to the toilet. After some stool is expelled, the remaining stool keeps accumulating in the intestines, thus the stomach is always full of stool. When someone fasts or fasts, no new stool is formed in the stomach, but naturally the stool is expelled very little even in case of anemia.

Caused by Constipation
Constipation causes the stool accumulated in the stomach to rot due to the heat and moisture in the intestines. This creates foul air. The dirty juice of the accumulated stool gets absorbed through the intestines and gets mixed with the blood, thus polluting the blood. This creates dirt, air and germs of diseases in the body. And many types of diseases occur. Just as passing by a lying stool makes the head heavy due to the smell and breathing becomes difficult.Similarly, feces lingering in the intestines, with its putrid odor, sap the body's vitality and vitality. This can lead to numerous symptoms, including heartburn, lethargy, a watery and foul-smelling mouth, a feverish feeling, lack of interest in work, and headaches. Persistent constipation can lead to hemorrhoids and sciatica.
Healing Through Food.
Oil :-
Massage your stomach with mustard oil every morning and at night before sleeping.
Carrot :-
Eat 250 grams of raw carrot daily on an empty stomach after chewing it thoroughly. This will relieve constipation and improve your appetite.
Lemon :-
Taking lemon juice with warm water at night helps in easy bowel movement. Mixing 12 grams lemon juice and 12 grams sugar in a glass and drinking it at night helps in getting rid of even the most chronic constipation in a few days.
Radish :-
Sprinkle salt and pepper on a radish and eat two slices daily with your meals. This will relieve constipation.
Rice :-
Constipation can be cured by eating one part rice mixed with two parts moong dal khichdi.
Milk :-
Taking two spoons of rose gulukund or psyllium peel with hot milk at night helps in easy bowel movement.
Clarified Butter :-
Drink ghee mixed with black pepper for three days. This softens the intestines and swells the bowels. Then, drinking ghee mixed with warm milk will soften, loosen, and clear the bowels.
Margesa Tree :-
Dry and grind neem flowers. Take a pinch of this powder with warm water every night. This helps relieve constipation.
Soap :-
If you are unable to defecate, then apply a thin piece of soap in oil or Vaseline and insert it into the anus, this will help in defecation.
Watermelon :-
Eating watermelon daily for a few days causes constipation.
Chembula Mysolanm :-
Eating one Garbam myrobalan at night and drinking milk helps in easy bowel movement in the morning.
Water :-
Drinking a glass of warm water, as hot as possible, after meals can help relieve constipation. Constipation sufferers should sip water with their meals. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning.
Gingeil seed :-
Constipation can be relieved by grinding 62 grams of sesame seeds mixed with sugar. A porridge of sesame seeds, rice, and mung beans also helps relieve constipation.
